Neighborhood Beautification
Millennium Development has partnered with the the Department of Criminal Justice Services,
The NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, and The NYS Office of Children and
Family Services to provide vital community support in the form of our Neighborhood Beautification Program.
The Program consists of Millennium staffers along with community service workes, neigborhood youth
and community partners working together to improve the quality of life in our local communities
and their surrounding areas. Projects include; Graffitti removal, upkeep of abandoned houses and lots,
clean-up of problem areas, as well as the coordination and implementation
of uplifting murals in various locations.
